Audit and Financial Reporting

We audit, review and compile financial statements for businesses, not-for-profit organizations and their bankers, boards and investors. Our team is objective, unbiased and experienced with private enterprises across the full spectrum of scale and complexity.

Audits are done to independently verify the quality of your financial statements and systems. Our team of hands-on leaders will conduct your audit on-site and on time, taking a careful look at controls, business practices, risks and transactions. After analyzing your numbers and systems, we’ll go over our findings with you and give you practical insights about your business and its operations.

A review is a set of analyses and inquiries to enable us to express limited assurance that financial statements are free of material misstatements. Our close questioning, reconciliations, comparisons and accounting assessments are designed to detect material deviations from expectations. Although reduced in scope relative to an audit, a review also allows us to give you feedback on your operating procedures and organizational performance.

When compiling financial statements, we consider any obvious adjustments, then assemble statements for management purposes without expressing any assurance about their reliability. Compilation analyses are more limited in detail, and the resulting financial statements often omit the disclosures that accompany reviews and audits.
